One of the main differences of this massage chair from the rest of the series are the armrests. The armrests have faux wood inlays on their tops. The tops of the armrests open to allow you to get an arm and hand massage.
The EP-30007 massage chair is also manufactured in Japan. It is a one of the few remaining the models that is still manufactured in Japan. Almost all massage chairs are now being made in China.
Like the rest of the Real Pro Ultra series, you get most of the same technology. The EP 30007 comes with a three-dimensional body scan, specialized quad style rollers for your back and a new ultra fine kneading massage technique.
Panasonic tries to develop technology that adapt to your body type. Part of this suite of technology includes the three-dimensional body scan. This technology will measure your curvature of your back and three dimensions. This information is then used to guide the quad style rollers.
There are a number of different movements that are possible with the Panasonic quad style rollers. These rollers have been developed to replicate the different movements of a hand. This gives you different feelings of massage which allow for more ways to pull and push on the muscle tissue.
By taking a three-dimensional body scan of the curvature of your back on the massage chair knows where to massage and to massage. The quad style rollers allow for more freedom of movement with this design. This allows the rollers to adjust based on the 3-D body scan.
Technology enables a number of different movements to be me. One such movement is the ultra fine kneading. This is the making of small circular motions with increasing pressure. This helps to reverberate through to the bone. This is called the Junetsu massage technique.

The EP-30007 also comes with a leg stretch. The lower half of your body can be extended with this stretching feature. Your legs are held in the foot rest while it is raised and successively lowered. This is great to alleviate both the pressure in the lower back, hips and thighs.
The only drawback that we see with the Panasonic EP 30007 is that there are no places to try it. It's mainly just sold on the Internet without any major retailers carrying it. You get the faux wood inlays earned extra airbags for the hip and shoulder but at the expense of a shorter warranty.
Panasonic has been involved in the massage replication business for many years. Its current luxury line is the Real Pro Ultra series. The EP 30007 massage chair is one of the few remaining recliners is still made in Japan. This Panasonic massage chair is one of the rarer models and the United States to fine. The Real Pro Ultra series is the most advanced platform from Panasonic massage chairs.
